Greetings Vendors!!!!
On behalf of the Board of Directors, we would like to take this opportunity to
invite you to be a part of this year’s Multi-Cultural Festival of WV, Inc.
MULTIFEST WILL BE CELEBRATING OUR 34th YEAR, four (4) days,
AUGUST 1 – 4, 2024 at the Haddad Riverfront Park, Downtown Charleston, WV.
By being a vendor, you will be joining the largest diversity festival and one of the longest-running festivals in the State of WV with an estimated attendance of 55,000. Multifest is a non-profit organization that seeks to enrich & enhance multiculturalism in the lives of those we serve in our community. This is done by providing a venue to celebrate diversity for all citizens through art, music, education, cultural programming, ethnic cuisine, and more.
For the 2024 Festival, we are looking forward to interacting with all of you and
many new concessioners. We understand because of the pandemic and other
contributing factors, there has been a great increase in cost for product
throughout the Country. However, we ask that you keep your price of product at a reasonable cost for all festival attendees.
Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic, we are in hopes of a great festival, but we also must comply with the CDC guidelines and Government Protocols. Therefore, you must read the entire vendor packet information, which includes deadline dates, requirements, and fee. DUE TO 10ft SPACING between cooking food vendor, we will only be accepting a certain number of vendors, which will be on a FIRST COME FIRST SERVE BASIS. We will be using a large portion of the Kanawha Blvd. to comply as well as some side street, therefore, please know everyone WILL NOT BE ABLE TO BE CLOSE TO THE MAIN STAGE AREA.
