Greetings Vendors!!!!

 

On behalf of the Board of Directors, we would like to take this opportunity to
invite you to be a part of this year’s Multi-Cultural Festival of WV, Inc.
MULTIFEST WILL BE CELEBRATING OUR 36th YEAR, four (4) days, AUGUST 6 – 9, 2026 at the Haddad Riverfront Park, Downtown Charleston, WV. By being a vendor, you will be joining the largest multicultural festival and one of the
longest running festivals in the State of WV with an estimated attendance of
60,000. Multifest, is a non-profit organization that seeks to enrich & enhance
multiculturalism in the lives of those we serve in our community. This is done by
providing a venue to celebrate multiculturalism for all citizens through art,
music, education, cultural programming, ethnic cuisine and more.

For the 2026 Festival, we are looking forward to interacting with all of you and
many new concessioners. We understand because of many contributing factors,
there has been a great increase in the cost of products throughout the Country.
However, we ask that you keep your price of your product at a reasonable cost for all festival attendees. GOOD NEWS..... VENDORS CAN SELL DRINKS OF ANY KIND EXCEPT ALCOHOLIC DRINKS!!!

To have a successful Festival, you must read the entire vendor packet
information, which includes deadline dates, requirements and fees, CDC
guidelines and Government Protocols forthcoming after you complete your
application. DUE TO 10ft SPACING between cooking food vendor, we will only be accepting a certain number of vendors, which will be on a FIRST COME FIRST SERVE BASIS. We will be using a large portion of the Kanawha Blvd. to comply as well as some side streets, therefore, please know everyone WILL NOT BE ABLE TO BE CLOSE TO THE MAIN STAGE AREA unless you have paid for a prime spot.
